What if everything you've been taught about "managing" your emotions is keeping you stuck in the mud?

In a world that's constantly telling us to "fix" ourselves and to feel "less," we might've forgotten that nothing is broken and allowing "more" is a gateway to bliss. 

If only we trusted our most powerful internal compass—our emotions. We've been taught to suppress discomfort, judge what-is, numb ourselves, and chase an elusive state of constant happiness, perfection, and all things “good” and “right.”


But navigating life’s ebbs and flows isn’t about eliminating pain, despair, disappointment, nor any state of experience. 

 

Instead, I teach a linear, brain-satisfying process—using a muddy ladder—to help you embrace the fullness of your experiences and expressions with habituated care. Each rung invites an opportunity to step into a more intimate relationship with our very nonlinear human emotions.

  • Approach common “messy” puddles like relationships, communication, dating, sex, money, habits, family boundaries, body-image, and freedom with a tender heart and inclusive strategy.

  • Break free from the limitations of self-condemnation, blame, story-telling, and your inner-jury.
